Breaking: 13 states file suit over Obamacare

13 states, Led by the Florida Attorney General, have filed a lawsuit in federal court. Their claim is that Obamacare is unconstitutional.  It’s expected that the individual mandate and unfunded Medicaid expansion will be the primary focus.

I am not able to list all the states that joined the Florida suit or provide a link to the AP report.
