Massa to Retire Resign — By: Daniel Foster

Just days after announcing his intention to retire at the end of his term, New York Democratic Rep. Eric Massa has said today that he will instead resign his seat. Among other things, this brings the threshold needed to pass Obamacare in the House down to 216.
